Pétition contre les armes à sous-munition.

Dear friends and comrades (oui, cette fois ci, c'est en anglais mais le lien est bilingue),

This picture might seem to be rather gory. It is, but it serves a purpose. This body is a victim of a cluster bomb's. 98% of people victim of this military device are civilians, as unexploded submunitions are just as dangerous as anti-personnel mines. Clsuter bombs are forbidden under Belgian law since may the 18th 2006. But such a ban in Belgium only does not make much sense: these weapons must be wiped out altogether.
